One
I cannot buy any products that are made of or are wrapped in plastic


Two
If an item is necessary and there is no plastic free alternative:

• Plastic wrapping must be removed and put in my bag of shame that I will share monthly on this blog.
  
• Items made of plastic: the item must be purchased second hand.
  

Three
I will use plastic items that were in my possession prior to the start of my plastic free life.
